For programs that receive an AmeriCorps grant through YouthBuild Global, there is an accompanying AmC Grant Report required. These reports are part of DYB, and while the AmeriCorps team only requires they be completed April and October, you will have the option of updating them quarterly.
The AmC Grant Report begins with setting objectives for the year. In subsequent quarters, you will track your actual results alongside calculated values based on members enrolled in a slot for that grant year.
The AmC Grant Report for a given grant year will end once all your members have either been awarded or are no longer working toward their Ed Award. DYB has AmC Grant reports and data imported from grant years 2013 forward.
