The Reports page can be found at the bottom of the Program Menu.
Reports Landing Page
Once on the Reports page, you will see four reports dials for the Affiliated Network long-term performance indicators: HSE/Diploma, Placements, Literacy/Numeracy and Certification.
By default, the outcomes dials that you see on the reports page include all students who have exited your YouthBuild program from October 1st through the current date. The reason for this is to give you a picture of how the students in the current YouthBuild program year are progressing. On each individual report, you can change that default group to look at past years, or different groups of students based on tags that you create, or system tags we provide. These report dials show how your outcomes compare to the Affiliated Network Standard (red line) as well as the average performance in that area for the whole Affiliated Network (triangle marker). Colors of the dials highlight your program's performance against the AffNet Standard: Green (good or above), Yellow (Needing Attention) and Red (Unacceptable).
To access additional reports and to filter what outcomes are shown, click See all Affiliated Network Measures located below the reports dials.
Viewing Individual Reports
You can drill into each individual report by clicking View Details below the report dial for that outcome.
For each individual Affiliated Network Measures report, you will see a list of each of your students and their outcomes. The students in the report can be ordered by name, as well as type of attainment. See this certification report example:
Rolling over the black question mark in the upper right corner on every report shows you a detailed explanation of how the measure is calculated.
From the report, click on any blue student name to be brought to the page that contains the data associated with that particular report, and where you can edit it if you choose. In this example, it would bring you to that student's certificates page. You can also hover your mouse over the information to see details, some of which you can click on to be redirected to the page where the information can be edited.
Filtering With Tags
You can see which tag your reports are based on by looking at what tags appear after "For students tagged" towards the top of the page.
You can change the group of students for which the report is run by changing the tags. To learn more about how to do this, read Using the Tag Picker to Filter Reports by Tags.
